Easy Gochujang Stir-Fry Sauce

Just 4 ingredients for a simple, savory, and spicy stir-fry sauce

  • 3 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  1. Combine all ingredients into a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. 

  2. Add to stir-fry once all ingredients are cooked, stir to coat. Keep over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly.

  3. Best served hot over a bed of rice!
